Janilion advises to discontinue use of any product that may cause rash, itch, redness or any kind of discomfort. Customer must contact us at janilionsoaps@gmail.com to explain situation and - after careful evaluation of the situation and if so applies- Janilion will issue partial credit for the product in question. Credit will be no less than half of the total cost plus the shipping portion that applies. As with any skincare product , we recommend to ask questions concerning process and ingredients. All people will not react the same to all products.
